Personal Training Session
This is a 1-2-1 personal training session with myself. The session is 60 minutes long and will take place at Nine Lives Gym in Storrington, West Sussex, RH20 3EA.
The session will include a full warm up, main session and full cool down and mobility work.
Each session is focused on your own personal goals and aims and can cover any of the following:
Basic gym movements,
Sports specific strength work,
Olympic lifting or power lifting,
Crossfit, Hiit training or Metcons
